IRONSTAR is happy to invite you to have a great time at IRONSTAR SWIMRUN DUBAI — short and fast — this event will be full of brightness, fantastic energy, grace and joy organized in the frames of Dubai Muscle Beach 2018 at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort.

Race as individual at one of our 3 distances — Swimmers Love, Runners High or Crossfit Power ;) Swim at the Gulf with your running shoes on, run next to Eye of Dubai with your swim cap and goggles on, repeat! Then have breakfast (included into race entry), celebrate at awards ceremony with lots of prizes for winners provided by coolest partners and enjoy rest of the day at Dubai Muscle Beach with its beach party and competitions!

Race rules in brief:

Shoes should be on athletes during swim stage (make sure they are as light as possible).
Paddles and pull buoys are optional.
Fins and snorkels are not allowed.
Cut-off time — 60 min at each distance
Individual age groups at each distance (male and female) — 12-19, 20-44 and 45+
Top 3 will be awarded at each distance regardless of genders
Extra breakfast for spectator can be purchased at Event Store

RACE FORMATs

3 distances* to choose from:

Swimmers Love — 3x400 m swim/1000 m run
Runners High — 3x200 m swim/2000 m run
Crossfit Power — 3x200 m swim/CrossFit/1000 m run

*Cut-off time — 60 min at each distance

AWARDS
