On June 5 we invite you to the Triathlon League & IRONSTAR OLYMPIC competitions at the OLYMPIC distances: 1.5 KM Swim, 40 KM Run, 10 KM Run.
ABOUT THE START
IRONSTAR is the largest series of triathlon starts in Russia. Every year about 10 thousand athletes start in unique locations, test their strength, travel to interesting places and get energized by new achievements.
IRONSTAR festivals are always a great party! Thousands of successful and energized people gather in one place. They socialize with friends, make new acquaintances, find business partners, compete in races and make plans for future starts.
Triathlon is a synergy of sport and tourism. In addition to competitions, participants come with their families to have a comfortable rest, visit beautiful places, sights, have an interesting time with friends.
LOCATION
Krylatskoe is a modern sports complex that includes a cycle track, a circular cycle track, a rowing channel, a manege and much more. The location is perfect for triathlon races.
ABOUT THE DISTANCE
IRONSTAR OLYMPIC — 1.5km swim, 40km bike race, 10km run.
The swimming stage will be held in the rowing channel Krylatskoe.
For the safety of the competitors, the start of the competition is carried out in the format of a rolling start.
The length of the stage is 1500m
A competitor must swim all the designated sections of the swimming stage, which are marked by a buoy.
When passing the turn, the buoy must be on the left/right hand.
The use of wetsuits and swimming individual buoys is prohibited.
Cycling stage — distance of 40 km
The cycling route is laid along Nizhnie Mnevniki Street without entering the cycle ring. DRAFTING IS ALLOWED.

Running stage will be held along the Krylatskoe rowing canal
10 km distance

Swimming 1.5 km: 1 hour
Cycling 40 km: 2 hours
Running stage 10 km: 1 hour 30 minutes
Total limit 4 hours 30 minutes from the start

ELITE CATEGORY
This category is for the strongest athletes who have met the distance standards for the last 3 years, as well as pro-license holders. In these cases, you are automatically entered into the “Elite”. The corresponding signature appears opposite your surname on the website in the list of competitors.
If you have met the standard at an external competition, you need to send a link to your protocol in the feedback form to be included in the “Elite”.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
ORIGINALS of the following documents are required for admission to the start and to receive the start package:

Medical certificate of admission to competitions (more details about the requirements for the certificate and a sample)

Medical insurance with included risks “triathlon” with a minimum coverage of 1 million rubles or a valid FTR license. The insurance can be taken out when registering for the start or after buying a slot in the My Competitions section of the personal cabinet

Power of Attorney, if the competitor has entrusted a third person to collect his/her start package. The recipient must have a full set of documents in hand to be allowed to start.
The power of attorney can be executed in two ways.
1. Electronic Power of Attorney.
In your personal cabinet check the box “Issue by power of attorney” and fill in the recipient's data. The recipient will tell you that he/she has an electronic power of attorney when presenting the documents at the registration desk.
Important! The electronic power of attorney does not work yet for receiving the relay team's start package. In this case, use the paper version.
2. Paper Power of Attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.
Carefully review the paperwork requirements for admission to the start.

Men and women who took 1-6 places in the Elite category.
Men and women who took 1-3 places in their age categories.
Men's and women's relay teams ranked 1-3.

A team of professional photographers helps to save all the bright moments of the festival. This is a great opportunity to get cool high quality pictures as a memory. You will find them by their start number or last name on the post-race photo page.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF SLOT:
Refunds are made to the internal balance of my personal cabinet in the amount of 75% of the cost of the slot. You cannot withdraw money from your personal cabinet. Funds from the internal balance can be used to purchase any slot on the site www.iron-star.com
Transfer of a slot to a third party is possible through myAlpari. More details in the FAQ section “Registration/Exchange.Refund”
The exchange, refund and slot transfer are closed simultaneously with the closing of registration — 16 days before the start.
