DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
ORIGINALS of the following documents are required for admission to the start and to receive the start package:
- Passport
- Parental permission for participants under 18 years of age (print out a sample and fill out the permission in advance to get the start package faster).
- Power of attorney if the participant has entrusted a third person to pick up the start package. The recipient must have a complete set of documents in hand in order to be allowed to start the race
The power of attorney can be executed in two ways.
1. electronic power of attorney.
In your personal cabinet check the box “Issue by power of attorney” and fill in the recipient's data. The recipient will tell you that he/she has an electronic power of attorney when presenting the documents at the registration desk.
Important! The electronic power of attorney does not work yet for receiving the relay team's start package. In this case, use the paper version.
2- Paper Power of Attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.
