IRONLADY is more than just a running competition. The brand unites around itself a community of women who strive to lead a balanced lifestyle. IRONLADY participants watch their health, love active vacations and are engaged in self-development.
IRONLADY helps to discover running not only for the sake of sports results. There is an atmosphere of drive and fun among the girls on the course. The feeling of being part of a large-scale event in the circle of like-minded women gives a powerful charge of energy and motivation for a long time.
It is possible to run 5 km with any, even initial, level of preparation. First of all, it is a competition with your weaknesses and doubts that prevent you fr om achieving results in life. Each participant will receive a beautiful medal as a reminder of her achievement.
A unique feature of the IRONLADY race is flowers at the end of the race for all participants. And of course, a sea of support and compliments from the admiring spectators.

CATEGORY “ELITE”
This category includes the strongest athletes who have met the distance standards for the last 3 years, as well as pro-license holders. In these cases, you are automatically entered into the “Elite”. The corresponding signature appears opposite your surname on the website in the list of competitors.
If you have met the standard at external competitions, you need to send a link to your protocol in the feedback form to be included in the “Elite”.
AGES
14 — 19 years old;
20 — 29 years old;
30 — 39 years old;
40 — 49 years old;
50+ years old.
ASSIGNMENT OF NUMBERS
We have changed the procedure for assigning numbers. Previously, numbers were assigned at the time of registration. In the new season you will be registered for the race without a number and you will find out your number closer to the start. We will notify you additionally.
DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
ORIGINALS of the following documents are required for admission to the start and to receive the start package:

Medical certificate of admission to competitions (more details about the requirements for the certificate and a sample)

Medical insurance with included risks “triathlon” with a minimum coverage of 1 million rubles or a valid FTR license. The insurance can be taken out when registering for the start or after buying a slot in the My Competitions section of the personal cabinet

Power of Attorney if the competitor has entrusted a third person to collect his/her start package. The recipient must have a full set of documents in hand to be allowed to start.
The power of attorney can be executed in two ways.
1. Electronic Power of Attorney.
In your personal cabinet check the box “Issue by power of attorney” and fill in the recipient's data. The recipient will tell you that he/she has an electronic power of attorney when presenting the documents at the registration desk.
Important! The electronic power of attorney does not work yet for receiving the relay team's start package. In this case, use the paper version.
2. Рaper power of attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.

AWARDING
Participants in the following categories are awarded with commemorative symbols:
Women who took 1-3 places in the category “Elite”.
Women who took 1-3 places in age groups
All participants who completed the course are awarded finishers' medals.
ALL STARS RATING
Participate in IRONSTAR Festival competitions and get rating points for each race. More information on the ALL STARS ranking page.

IRONSTAR Certificate is a great gift for a loved one, friend or colleague. Just specify the amount of the certificate, and the recipient of the gift will be able to choose the start on which to spend it.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF SLOT:
Refund is made to the internal balance of your personal cabinet in the amount of 75% of the cost of the slot. You cannot withdraw money from your personal cabinet. Funds from the internal balance can be used to purchase any slot on the site www.iron-star.com
Transfer of a slot to a third party is possible through myAlpari. More details in the FAQ section “Registration/Exchange.Refund”
The exchange, refund and slot transfer are closed simultaneously with the closing of registration — 16 days before the start.
