On August 29, we invite you to the SWIMRUN at a distance of in Zavidovo.
SWIMRUN is a new IRONSTAR race format in which swimming and running alternate several times on the same route. The race runs without a transit zone: after each swim, athletes immediately continue running.
The route is laid through the picturesque territory of the Zavidovo resort. The swimming stages take place in the waters of the Doibitsa River, and the running stages take place on the territory of the resort.
The race consists of 8 stages: 4 swimming segments of 200 m and 4 running sections of 1.7 km each, which successively alternate throughout the race.
The whole race takes place in the same outfit. Changing shoes is not allowed, and all used equipment is with the participant from start to finish.
The start is organized by waves. The time limit for completing the distance is 1 hour and 20 minutes
The IRONSTAR SWIMRUN is perfect for both experienced athletes and those who want to try a new competition format. Short stages make the race dynamic, and alternating swimming and running requires endurance, pace, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing loads.
REQUIREMENTS TO DOCUMENTS
To be admitted to the start and receive a starter pack, the ORIGINALS of the following documents are required:

Medical certificate of admission to the competition (more about the requirements for the certificate and a sample).

Medical insurance with included risks "swimming" with a minimum coverage of 350 thousand rubles. Insurance can be issued when registering for the start or after purchasing a slot in the My competitions section in your personal account.

Permission from parents for participants under 18 years old (print out a sample and fill out the permission in advance to quickly receive the starter pack).

Power of attorney, if the participant has instructed a third party to pick up the starter pack. The recipient must have a full package of documents on hand to be admitted to the start.
A power of attorney can be issued in two ways.
1. Electronic power of attorney.
In your personal account, check the box "Issue by power of attorney" and fill in the recipient's details. The recipient will say that they have an electronic power of attorney when presenting documents at the registration desk.
2. Paper power of attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.

Men and women who took 1-3 places in age groups
All participants who complete the distance will be awarded finisher medals.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF THE SLOT:
Refunds are made to the internal balance of the personal account in the amount of 75% of the cost of the slot. It is not possible to withdraw money from the personal account. Funds from the internal balance can be used to purchase any slot on the website www.iron-star.com
Transferring a slot to a third party is possible through your personal account. More details in the FAQ section “Registration/Exchange.Return”
Exchange, return and transfer of a slot are closed at the same time as registration is closed — 16 days before the start.
