IRONSTAR INDOOR TRIATHLON is happy to be back to the town after hosting an inaugural season resulted in participant’s average vote 9.4 out 10 possible points
New amazing venue at Jebel Ali Recreation Club with buffet dinner included to the entry fee. The most active and energetic people of Middle East getting together to have a fun and thrilling triathlon indoor race with great support of the crowd, our amazing partners and energetic music, to walk up to the podium and to celebrate together at Clubhouse Restaurant

Two different formats are available for racing – individual and relay teams.
If you are racing individual you will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes and run for 20 minutes as far as you can to be surprised that you are much stronger than you think
Alternatively enter as relay team of 3 where each member will start and finish simultaneously to swim or bike or run for 30 minutes
This event is good for all levels of triathletes – great to try triathlon for the first time, check your current form or use it as intensive warm-up before a longer race later during in the summer. And it’s amazing reason to stay fit during outdoor off-season!
Also, there will be special awards for IRONSTAR INDOOR TRIATHLON SERIES winners on Race 5 day in 2 Age Groups (18-39 and 40+ years old). Names of 2 male, 2 female athletes and 1 team will be announced on September 15th based on performance at minimum 3 races of summer series
