INDOOR SPRINT

IRONSTAR INDOOR TRIATHLON is a triathlon competition in enclosed spaces. Their main feature is absence of a clearly defined distance. 

Participants should show their best results in the allotted time, so this format is suitable for beginners who are just trying their hand in the triathlon, as well as for experienced athletes who want to challenge themselves. 

Participants can go through all the stages individually or as part of a relay team.
