Digest No. 5 — April: Season Updates, Recovery Tips, and Upcoming Races

In the April issue of the IRONSTAR Digest, we recap the race in Luzhniki, highlight the upcoming festivals, and talk about recovery, relays, and the updated discount system. You will also find a podcast with Evgeny Romanenko, useful tips, and materials not only for triathletes.

The new digest format is a recap of the month’s key events from the IRONSTAR team, race participants, friends, and partners. In this issue, we look back at the LIGA TRIATHLON & IRONSTAR MOSCOW LUZHNIKI 2026 race.

The event brought together 2,500 participants from 14 countries for the 1/8 distance, as well as the IRONLADY, MANSTAR, and STARKIDS races. We also shared our plans for the season and offered tips and recommendations for those who have not yet decided which city to choose for their next start. In addition, we announced the updated discount system and the return of the IRONSTAR online store. Together with our partners at TRIDE, we discussed how equipment and technology affect performance, and with the H2O spa complex, we talked about recovery.
