IRONSTAR is the largest triathlon series in Russia. Every year, about 10 thousand athletes start in unique locations, test their strength, travel to interesting places and get charged with the energy of new achievements.

LOCATION
In 2026, TRIATHLON LEAGUE & IRONSTAR in Moscow will move to the modern ZIL cluster, a new core of the capital's sports life, where urban landscapes and bold architecture set a new pace of movement.
The launch site and the EXPO zone are located at: Moscow, Avtozavodskaya St., 23A, V. Kharlamov Square The race will take place on the square between the CSKA Arena and the ZIL Water Area, as well as along the paths of Tyufelev Park.
ABOUT THE COURSE
Key points of the route:
ZIL water area (Olympic Synchronized Swimming Center Sports Complex). This is where your journey will begin. The legendary playground, where the strongest schools in Moscow train, will become the starting core of the competition.
Everything here is saturated with the mood for the result — from the warm-up area to the start. V. Kharlamov Square (between the CSKA Arena and the ZIL Water Area) is a new, powerful transit zone and the center of all activity. It is here that sport, movement and the energy of a large urban event converge: expo, the issuance of starter packages, the flow of spectators, the atmosphere of the triathlon festival.= ZILART is a futuristic urban canyon that sets a special rhythm for cycling and running stages.
Marc Chagall Embankment — spacious views, water line and one of the most beautiful sections of the route.
STARTING POINT
The launch site and the EXPO zone are located at 23A Avtozavodskaya St., V. Kharlamov Square, Moscow.
The swimming stage is in the indoor swimming pool of the Olympic Synchronized Swimming Center Sports Complex in the ZIL Water Area Bike tour along the Marc Chagall embankment.
The running stage will take place in Tyufelev Grove Park and Marc Chagall Embankment Park.

ELITE CATEGORY
This category includes the strongest athletes who have met the distance standards over the past 3 years, as well as pro license holders. In these cases, you are automatically included in the Elite. A corresponding signature appears next to your last name on the website in the list of competition participants.
If you met the standard at third-party competitions, to be included in the Elite, you need to send a link to your protocol in the feedback form.

FIND A TEAM OR A PARTICIPANT IN A RELAY
A relay is a great opportunity to try yourself in triathlon if you don't feel ready to go the entire distance. Team up with friends and participate together. If you are a swimmer, cyclist or runner, show your best qualities as part of a team.
If you don't have enough participants for a relay or you are looking for a team, leave a request in the form on the website.
REQUIREMENTS TO DOCUMENTS
To be admitted to the start and receive a starter pack, the ORIGINALS of the following documents are required:

Passport

Medical certificate of admission to the competition (more about the requirements for the certificate and a sample).

Sports insurance with included risks "triathlon" with a minimum coverage of 1 million rubles. Insurance can be issued when registering for the start or after purchasing a slot in the My competitions section in your personal account.

Permission from parents for participants under 18 years of age (print out a sample and fill out the permission in advance to quickly receive the starter pack).

Power of attorney, if the participant has instructed a third party to pick up the starter pack. The recipient must have a full package of documents on hand to be admitted to the start.
A power of attorney can be issued in two ways.
1. Electronic power of attorney.
In your personal account, check the box "Issue by power of attorney" and fill in the recipient's details. The recipient will say that they have an electronic power of attorney when presenting documents at the registration desk.
2. Paper power of attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.
Carefully study the requirements for documents for admission to the start.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
The IRONSTAR certificate is a great gift for a loved one, friend or colleague. Just indicate the amount of the certificate, and the recipient of the gift will be able to choose the start on which to spend it.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF THE SLOT:
Refunds are made to the internal balance of the personal account in the amount of 75% of the cost of the slot. It is not possible to withdraw money from the personal account. Funds from the internal balance can be used to purchase any slot on the website www.iron-star.com
Transferring a slot to a third party is possible through your personal account. More details in the FAQ section “Registration/Exchange.Return”
Exchange, return and transfer of a slot are closed at the same time as registration is closed — 16 days before the start.
