The date of IRONSTAR KIROV changed

The Organizing Committee of the Kirov Triathlon Federation had to change the day of the start because of the force majeure: another international event will be held in Kirov on July 23 and the police will not be able to ensure the safety of participants and support group of the triathlon competitions.
