IRONSTAR is expanding its range of competitions! Now the sports festival is available all year round. We present to you the winter sports festival IRONSTAR WINTER.
IRONSTAR WINTER is a winter sports festival with ski races for the whole family and trail runs of different difficulty levels.
Spend a sports weekend in the fresh air in a favorite location among skiers — the Larisa Lazutina sports and recreation park.
Participate with the whole family or come with friends!
START PLACE
Expo Zone, the start and finish of the competition will be located on the territory of the Odintsovo Park of Culture, Sports and Recreation at the address: Moscow Region, Odintsovo, Manzhosovskaya St., 1
AGE
Persons over 18 years of age are allowed to participate in the competition. The age of the participants is determined as of December 31 of the year of the competition.
DISTANCE
30 km — 3 laps of 10 km, altitude gain – 501 m
TIME LIMIT
The control time for completing the 20 km distance for participants in the 30 km race is 2 hours 30 minutes. Athletes who do not meet the control time are sent to the finish of the 20 km distance and are considered to have not finished the 30 km race.
START ORDER
The first and second waves are men and women of the Elite category. Winners and prize winners are determined by net time (NET TIME).
Participants in age groups start after the waves of the Elite category. Winners and prize winners in age categories are determined by the chip time system.
The style of completing the distance is free. Changing skis during the competition is prohibited.
ELITE CATEGORY
The Elite category includes the strongest athletes with a qualifying result of:
10 km — 24 minutes for men, 29 minutes for women;
15 km — 38 minutes for men, 44 minutes for women;
20 km — 50 minutes for men, 1 hour 00 minutes for women;
25 km — 1 hour 04 minutes for men, 1 hour 18 minutes for women;
30 km — 1 hour 17 minutes for men, 1 hour 33 minutes for women;
50 km — 2 hours 20 minutes for men, 3 hours 00 minutes for women.
To be included in the Elite category, it is necessary to send a protocol of participation in cross-country skiing competitions for the last 2 years in the feedback form by February 28, 2025.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted to the start and receive a starter package, the ORIGINALS of the following documents are required:
- Passport
- Medical certificate of admission to the competition for the selected distance. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 6 months before the date of the competition. A copy of the certificate is accepted only if the original is available.
- Sports insurance with included risks "cross-country skiing" with a minimum coverage of 300 thousand rubles
- Power of attorney, if the participant has instructed a third party to pick up his starter package. The recipient must have a full package of documents to be admitted to the start
A power of attorney can be issued in two ways.
1. Electronic power of attorney.
In your personal account, check the box "Issue by power of attorney" and fill in the recipient's details. When presenting documents at the registration desk, the recipient will say that he has an electronic power of attorney.
2. Paper power of attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.

When buying a slot at level 1, discounts and promo codes do not apply.
The current cost of the slot is displayed when adding to the cart.
AWARDING
Participants in the following categories are awarded with commemorative symbols:
Men and women who take 1-3 places in the Elite category
Men and women who take 1-3 places in the age categories
All participants who complete the distance are awarded finisher medals
KING OF THE MOUNTAIN nomination
Awarded to the participant of the 30 km race who showed the best time on a special section of the distance.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
The IRONSTAR certificate is a great gift for a loved one, friend or colleague. Just indicate the amount of the certificate, and the recipient of the gift will be able to choose the start on which to spend it.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF THE SLOT:
Refunds are made to the internal balance of the personal account in the amount of 75% of the cost of the slot. You cannot withdraw money from your personal account. Funds from the internal balance can be used to purchase any slot on the website www.iron-star.com
Transferring a slot to a third party is possible through your personal account. More details in the FAQ section “Registration/Exchange.Return”
Exchange, return and transfer of a slot closes simultaneously with the closing of registration — 22 days before the start.
