ABOUT THE START
IRONSTAR is expanding its range of competitions! Now the sports festival is available all year round. We present to you the winter sports festival IRONSTAR WINTER.
IRONSTAR WINTER is a winter sports festival with ski races for the whole family and trail runs of different difficulty levels.
Spend a sports weekend in the fresh air in a favorite location among skiers — the Larisa Lazutina Sports and Recreation Park.
Participate with the whole family or come with friends!
START POINT
Expo Zone, the start and finish of the competition will be located on the territory of the Odintsovo Park of Culture, Sports and Recreation at the address: Moscow Region, Odintsovo, Manzhosovskaya St., 1
AGE
Persons who have reached the age of 17 are allowed to participate in the competition. The age of participants is determined as of December 31 of the year of the competition.
TEAM COMPOSITION
3 people
Depending on the composition, teams are divided into 3 categories:
male
female
mixed
DISTANCE
15 km — 3 laps (stages) of 5 km, the climb on 1 lap of 5 km is 43 m
TIME LIMIT
1 hour 50 minutes
START ORDER
Relay teams start according to the chip-time system. Athletes of the 2nd and 3rd stages wait for the baton change in the relay storage area.
The style of passing the distances is free. Changing skis during the competition is prohibited.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
To be admitted to the start and receive a starter package, each participant needs ORIGINALS of the following documents:
- Passport
- Medical certificate of admission to the competition for the selected distance. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 6 months before the date of the competition. A copy of the certificate is accepted only if the original is available.
- Sports insurance with included risks "cross-country skiing" with a minimum coverage of 300 thousand rubles
- The package of a participant under 18 years old is received by a parent or guardian PERSONALLY upon presentation of his/her passport
- The relay team package is received by all participants together or by the team captain by proxy
- The recipient by proxy must have a full package of documents of all participants for admission to the start
The power of attorney can be issued in two ways.
1. Electronic power of attorney.
In your personal account, check the box "Issue by power of attorney" and fill in the recipient's details. When presenting documents at the registration desk, the recipient will say that he has an electronic power of attorney.
2. Paper power of attorney
Print and fill out the sample. The recipient will present the power of attorney at the registration desk along with other documents.
COST OF PARTICIPATION
1 st grade: 6,000 ₽
2 st grade: 8,000 ₽
3 st grade: 10,000 ₽
We adhere to a multi-level pricing policy. As soon as the slots at the current price are bought out, the price will increase.
When purchasing a slot at level 1, discounts and promo codes do not apply.
The current cost of the slot is displayed when adding to the cart.
AWARDING
Participants in the following categories are awarded with commemorative symbols:
Men's and women's teams that took 1-3 places
Mixed teams that took 1-3 places
All participants who complete the distance are awarded finisher medals
GIFT CERTIFICATE
The IRONSTAR certificate is a great gift for a loved one, friend or colleague. Just indicate the amount of the certificate, and the recipient of the gift will be able to choose the start on which to spend it.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF THE SLOT:
Refunds are made to the internal balance of the personal account in the amount of 75% of the cost of the slot. You cannot withdraw money from your personal account. Funds from the internal balance can be used to purchase any slot on the website www.iron-star.com
Transferring a slot to a third party is possible through your personal account. More details in the FAQ section “Registration/Exchange.Return”
Exchange, return and transfer of a slot closes simultaneously with the closing of registration — 22 days before the start.
