The following documents are required for admission to participate and receive the race pack:
• ID card (passport or other eligible identification document)
• Sport Insurance
• License from the Federation of your home country* (one-day license can be purchased on-site)
• A statement of responsibility
• Permission from parents (for participants under 18 years old)
• Power of Attorney (in free form) in case the participant asked a third party to take his/her race package

The race will take place in the very heart of Tatarstan capital, the metropolis which hosted such large sports events as the World Summer Universiade 2013, the World Championship in fencing in 2014, the Aquatics Championship FINA 2015, 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and FIFA World Cup 2018.
For the first time the European Championship will be held in Russia, and amateurs (Age Group) will be able to race at the competition of such level on the same coursce as the elite athletes.
