IRONSTAR INDOOR TRIATHLON – series of indoor cup competitions organised by Ironstar Triathlon Russia and World Class fitness clubs.
All amateurs and pro athletes can compete individually or in teams, no matter of existence of membership at World Class.
All competitors support Galchonok Charity Fund in helping kids with organic affections of central nervous system
Race venue: GOROD STOLITS WORLD CLASS Fitness-Club, Moscow, Presnenskaya embankment, 8, str 1, 3rd floor
Competitor may come with a supporter. You need to have clean sport shoes to enter the club!
Sum of swim, bike and run distances will reveal winners and IRONSTAR INDOOR TRIATHLON 2015 CUP WINNER will be announced after series of four races
Race format:- 10 min pool swim (25 m pool)
- 5 min T1
- 30 min Life Fitness bike simulator
- 5 min T2
- 20 min Life Fitness treadmill
