MANSTAR is a 5 km run for real men.
Start your sports journey, go for a record, or use it as a triathlon warm-up.

ELITE CATEGORY
This category includes the strongest athletes who have met the distance standards over the past 3 years, as well as pro license holders. In these cases, you are automatically included in the Elite. A corresponding signature appears next to your last name on the website in the list of competition participants.
If you met the standard at third-party competitions, to be included in the Elite, you need to send a link to your protocol in the feedback form.
AGE GROUPS OF PARTICIPANTS
- 14 — 19 years old;
- 20 — 29 years old;
- 30 — 39 years old;
- 40 — 49 years old;
- 50+ years old.

1st Tier: 35 $
2nd Tier: 45 $
3d Tier: 55 $
We have a multi-level pricing policy. As soon as the slots at the current price are sold out, the price will increase. When purchasing a slot at 1st tier, discounts and promo codes do not apply. The current cost of the slot is displayed when adding to the cart.
DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
You must present the ORIGINALS of the following documents to receive your race pack:- Passport
- Medical certificate confirming fitness to compete
- Permission from parents for participants under 18 years of age (print out a sample and fill out the permission in advance to receive the starter pack faster).
- Power of attorney, if the participant has authorized a third party to collect their race pack. The recipient must have the full set of documents required for race eligibility.
A power of attorney can be issued in two ways.
1. Electronic power of attorney.
In your personal account, check the box Issue by power of attorney and fill in the recipient's details. The recipient will then simply inform the registration desk staff that an electronic power of attorney has been issued.
2. Paper power of attorney
Print and fill out the sample form. The recipient must present the paper power of attorney at the registration desk together with the other required documents.
Carefully study the requirements for documents for admission to the start.
AWARDING
Commemorative prizes will be awarded to participants in the following categories:
- Elite: Top 3 men (1st–3rd place)
- Age Groups: Top 3 men in each age category (1st–3rd place)
GIFT CERTIFICATE
The IRONSTAR certificate is a great gift for a loved one, friend or colleague. Simply choose the certificate amount, and let the recipient choose the race that suits them best.
SLOT REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you need to cancel, you'll receive a refund of 75% of the slot price, credited to your internal personal account balance. Please note that these funds cannot be withdrawn — they can only be used toward the purchase of any other slot at www.iron-star.com.
- You can also transfer your slot to another person via your personal account. Check out the Вопросы и ответы section REGISTRATION/EXCHANGE/RETURN for all the details.
- All exchange, refund, and transfer requests must be submitted before the registration deadline — 16 days before race day.
